Taking care of our lymphatic system is so important in supporting our health and longevity. The breast tissue holds a massive amount of lymph nodes! We can promote breast health in ourselves and our loved ones by learning how to increase circulation and de-stagnate breast tissue. Through the use of herbal infused oils, salts and foods, we can maintain the health of our breasts and whole bodies using natural techniques for self care.
Come to this special Hudson Valley Herbal Alliance evening, where Elizabeth Gross will share traditional Ayurvedic techniques for breast health. Topics will include identifying your basic constitutional type and how it shows up in the makeup of our breast tissue; signs and symptoms of lymph stagnation; and ways to de-stagnate and strengthen the lymphatic system. Practices will include herbal medicine for breast health, whole foods healing and self care massage techniques for increased circulation and de-stagnation of the breast tissue. This free class is open to all genders.
The Hudson Valley Herb Alliance meets regularly on the first Tuesday of every month for all interested in learning, teaching, connecting and talking about plants and herbal medicine and individual, community, social, and environmental health. Learn more here.
