In Thailand it is common to receive a full day (9-12 hours) of Thai Yoga Therapy. However, our Western lifestyles pose societal challenges that make it difficult to spend a full day immersed in the one-on-one therapeutic support our bodies and minds crave. This is where my SomaVeda®Thai Yoga Therapeutic Protocols come in. I’ve taken those 9-12 hours and spread them out over the course of 7 sessions, so you may receive the same thorough and deep support in line with traditional application of Thai Yoga without interrupting your daily life. This also allows time for fuller integration.

The healing practices that comprise my SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapeutic Protocol are powerful traditional therapies which focus on bringing energy, attention, consciousness, breath and pressure throughout your entire Body/Mind.

This healing work is intended to awaken your inner intelligence and self healing capabilities. These seen and unseen therapeutic techniques, such as Ayurvedic Self Care Education, Yoga Asana (Postural Release), Chirothesia (Hands On Healing), Emotional Counseling, Energy Rebalancing, Nutrition and Herbology, are all allies to the resurgence and maintenance of your innate healing process.

What To Expect

Expect a quiet, private setting and supportive guidance for emotional and physical release. Please make sure to wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement. Avoid anything constrictive (such as underwire bras, jewelry, belts, jeans, etc). Avoid eating at least an hour before your session. Stay hydrated with water during the hours before and after your session. 

Sessions vary to support your optimal progress. Please expect this variation in your treatments.
